The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from smukskincare.com.
The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between you as a customer and smukskincare.com.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Delivery time and shipping: Delivery of goods from smukskincare.com is considered to have taken place after the customer has received the goods.
We note that GLS does not always deliver from day to day, so delivery delays/advances can occur. We therefore ask you to order the goods in a timely manner.
Documentation and guidance: All ingredients and instructions are listed on the products.
Risk of goods: The risk of goods purchased at smukskincare.com passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Your payment will not be captured before it has been shipped from the shop.
Any defects in delivery from smukskincare.com must be claimed in a timely manner after the defect has been discovered. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, show how the defect is expressed.

Smukskincare.com provides 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive your goods. If you regret your purchase, smukskincare.com must be notified within 14 days from the date you received your goods.
You are required to return the item in original unbroken packaging, same condition and quantity as it is received. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself.
